We’re located in Malleswaram, specifically at 101A, Sarathi, on the 8th Main and 13th Cross. Malleswaram is one of those old-school Bangalore neighborhoods, and we like it that way. Our office for D V Travel Guru P Ltd is a straightforward space. We’ve got maps on the walls and plenty of files tucked into cabinets. We spend our days looking at travel routes and figuring out tickets. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking on the phone to airlines or customers. We aren’t some big tech company; we’re just a travel office. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We don’t go for fancy decorations. We just need our computers to work and the internet to stay on. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know how to handle the usual travel hiccups. It’s just us, sitting in Sarathi, trying to get people from one place to another without too much trouble. We don't use scripts or corporate talk. If a flight is delayed, we say it’s delayed and try to fix it. That’s how we’ve always operated. It’s just a normal office in a nice part of town, doing the same work we’ve been doing for years now. No more, no less. Just a group of people trying to help with travel plans.
