D S Max Flat Promoters

D S Max Flat Promoters is based over at 1854 HBR Layout on the 2nd main. One of the things you notice right away is the railway line that runs parallel to us. You get used to the sound of the trains passing by after a few days, and it just becomes part of the background noise while we work. We are also quite close to the Bescom office, so the area is usually busy with people coming and going. Our office is where we keep all the blueprints and files for the different housing projects we are involved in. There are always people coming in to ask about flat prices or to see the latest floor plans we have pinned to the walls. It’s a bit of a busy atmosphere, with phones ringing and people discussing construction schedules. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture; it's mostly sturdy desks and chairs that can handle a lot of use. The layout itself is a good neighborhood, and we like being part of it. Sometimes customers come in with their whole families to look at the designs, so it can get a bit loud in the lobby area. We try to keep things simple and just give people the information they need without making it complicated. Most of the staff here have been around for a long time, so we know the local area and the properties pretty well. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us.
