D C Sita Ram

The office for D C Sita Ram is at 522 Lalbagh Road. We are on the second floor of the building. Being on Lalbagh Road means there is constant noise from the traffic. It’s one of the busiest roads around here. We’ve got used to the sound of horns and engines after all these years. To get to us, you have to go through the main entrance and take the stairs. There isn't an elevator, so it keeps us fit. The office is pretty basic. We have some wooden chairs and a big table where we do most of the sorting and writing. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for what we do. D C Sita Ram has been running this for a long time. We don't change things much. If the furniture is still holding up, we keep using it. We have a good view of the street from the windows. Sometimes we just watch the people walking by when things are slow. There are plenty of places to eat around here, which is the best part of being on Lalbagh Road. We usually close up around 5:30 to avoid the worst of the evening rush. It’s a solid place to work. Nothing too complicated. We just show up, do the jobs that are waiting for us, and head home. That’s about all there is to it. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it.
