Cyber India Technologies

We are Cyber India Technologies, based out of Bangalore. Since we are in the middle of the tech hub of India, there is always a lot of pressure to be the loudest or the biggest, but we don't really go for that. We are just a group of people who set up shop here in Karnataka to work on technology. The office is a place where we try to keep things as straightforward as possible. We deal with code, hardware, and the occasional internet outage just like every other office in this city. Bangalore is a big place, and it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle, so we just focus on the people right in front of us. We have a mix of different backgrounds on the team, which makes the lunchroom conversations pretty interesting. Most days are spent troubleshooting and trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't doing what it’s supposed to do. We don't have any grand statements to make about our place in the industry. We just know that we have tasks to finish and we try to do them without making a mess of things. The city is fast-paced, but inside our doors, we try to keep a steady rhythm so nobody burns out. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to get through. That’s the reality of running a tech business here in the city.
