Cutomer Care Executive

This is a small operation based out of Mangalassery House in the Perakam area of Trichur. It’s a very green and quiet part of Kerala, which is a nice change if you’re used to the big cities. The work we do here is mostly customer care, handling calls and messages that come in throughout the day. Since it’s a house, it doesn’t feel like a cold office at all. It’s just a place where we sit down and try to help people with their problems. The address is easy to find if you know the local landmarks in Perakam. We don’t have a big team of executives or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure that the people calling get an answer. Sometimes the rain in Kerala is so loud on the roof that we have to speak up a bit on the phone. We have our routines, like starting the day with some local news and then getting into the backlog of messages. It’s a very simple setup with basic furniture and some computers. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand. Being in Trichur, things move at a bit of a slower pace, but we still make sure the work gets done by the end of the day. It’s a decent way to earn a living without having to deal with the stress of a massive corporate building. Just a house, some phones, and the daily work.
