Customers Service - Jet Airways

Our office is tucked away at 111 on the 3rd Cross in KR Layout, right in the 6th Phase of JP Nagar. It is not one of those big glass buildings you see in the tech parks, just a normal spot where we handle things for Jet Airways. If you are looking for us, you have to watch out for the turn near the main road because people often miss it. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a few rows of chairs for anyone who walks in with a question about their flight. We spend a lot of time on the phones, talking to people who are usually a bit stressed about their travel plans. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, and the air conditioner sometimes rattles when it has been on for too long. We have a small corner where we keep the files and a kettle for making tea in the afternoon. It is the kind of job where you are always busy but you get to talk to all sorts of people from different places. The neighborhood is nice and green, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long. It is just a plain, hardworking office where we deal with tickets and complaints every single day.
