Starting Customerneedz India Pvt Ltd here in Bangalore happened quite a while back. It’s a busy place. Most days involve us sitting at our desks in Karnataka, trying to get through the list of things people need. Outside, the traffic is always loud. It can take an hour just to get to the office, but that’s just life in this city. Different types of work happen at this location. It’s not fancy at all. There are a few of us here, mostly drinking coffee to keep going. Some staff members have been with us since the beginning. We just try to keep things moving. Bangalore has okay weather most of the time, which helps when the work gets stressful. No big fancy lobby exists here; it’s just an office where tasks get finished. People call or email, and we try to get back to them when there is time. Sometimes staying late is necessary because there’s a lot to catch up on. Every day feels like there's something new to figure out. Our routine is pretty much set now. We just show up and do what’s required. That’s the story of our office here. Working away in the middle of the city is what we do. A few plants sit in the corner looking a bit dry. The water cooler makes a weird noise occasionally. It's just a regular workplace. Meetings don't happen often. Sometimes food is shared. Most of us have been around for years.
