You can find us over at M/S Kanchana Rao RR Guest Homes, which is near the police station in Koramangala 6th Block. It’s a bit of a maze to find if you aren't from around here. We handle customer care for people visiting the Forum Mall. It’s a lot of listening to complaints and trying to find solutions for folks who had a bad experience or lost something. People come in pretty stressed out sometimes. We just sit there at our desks and try to stay calm. The office isn't anything special, just some chairs and computers in a guest home setting. It feels quite lived-in. We have a lot of regular callers and people dropping by to check on their requests. Koramangala is always moving, so there’s a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. It’s honest work, even if it’s not always fun to hear people venting. We just try to be helpful where we can. We don't have a big script to follow; we just talk to people like normal humans and try to sort things out. Behind the police station is a good landmark if you're looking for us. We've been at this 16th Main location for a while. It’s just how we spend our weeks. Dealing with the public is always interesting, you never know who is going to walk through the door next.
