Customercare In Forum Mall

This place is M/S Kanchana Rao RR Guest Homes, but people usually find us because of the Forum Mall connection. We are actually located at 311 on 16th Main in 6th Block, Koramangala. It is tucked right behind the police station, which is a good landmark for people who get lost. I’ve lived in Bangalore for ages, and running this guest home is how we spend our days now. It’s not a massive hotel with a lobby and a fountain. It is just a building with rooms for people who need a place to sleep while they are in town. My wife and I handle most of the daily chores. We change the linens and make sure the water heaters are working. The 16th Main road can get pretty loud with all the bikes and cars, but once you get inside the gate, it’s mostly quiet. We have some regulars who come every month for work. We don't have a fancy booking system, just a ledger and a phone that rings at odd hours. Sometimes the Wi-Fi acts up when it rains, and I have to go reset the router in the hallway. It’s a simple setup. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a bed and a roof. If you are looking for the police station, we are just a short walk from there. It's a bit lived-in, but it’s clean enough for us.
