Customer Support

You can find us over at number 12 in the Byraweswara Layout, which is part of the Kalyan Nagar area near the Hennur Banda post. This is where we handle the customer support side of things. It’s a decent-sized layout and generally stays a bit quieter than the main roads in Bangalore. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we set up our computers and headsets. We spend most of the day answering questions and trying to help people solve whatever problems they are having. It can be a lot of talking, and sometimes the lines get busy, but we just take it one person at a time. The 56004 area has changed a lot since we first started here. There are more shops now and the roads are getting paved more often. We usually grab lunch from the small places nearby or bring something from home to eat at our desks. It is a very normal working environment. No one wears suits here; we just dress casually and get on with the tasks. The office gets a little dusty because of the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down our monitors. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job and making sure we get through the daily list of support tickets before it’s time to head home. We don't have any fancy speeches, just plain old helping people out.
