Customer Support Supervisor

This is basically where the customer support supervision happens. I'm Preeja Ajith and I work out of my place in the railway quarters. It’s A-1L in the Yeshwanthpur area of Bangalore. Since it’s a railway colony, it’s quite a specific kind of neighborhood. There are always trains nearby and that familiar sound of the station not too far off. It’s a practical setup. I spend most of my time managing support issues and making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s not a corporate office with a reception desk or anything. It’s just a home office where the work is handled. Working from Yeshwanthpur is convenient because it’s well-connected, even if the quarters are a bit older. I’ve got my desk, my computer, and a lot of lists to get through every day. The atmosphere is quiet compared to the main city, which helps when you need to focus on solving problems for people. It’s simple, honest work. I don’t go for anything fancy. I just make sure the supervision part of the job is done right. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, and you can hear the life of the quarters going on. It’s just a regular life and a regular job, really. I like that it’s not some sterile office building.
