If you find yourself on Sanjaynagar Main Road, you’ll probably pass by our place at No.44. We are right there in Ashwathnagar, just a regular part of the Bangalore landscape. The sign says Customer Service, which is pretty much what happens inside these walls every day. It’s a busy street, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. We have a few desks set up and some phones that don’t stop ringing once the morning starts. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a functional space where we try to get through the list of things people need help with. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose for our small team. We usually grab tea from the stall nearby when things get too hectic. Dealing with people all day takes a lot of energy, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes here. Bangalore is growing so fast, yet our little corner 560094 feels like it’s stayed the same for years. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or a lounge. It’s just chairs, tables, and us trying to make sure the work gets finished before we head home. No big speeches about what we do, just a lot of talking and typing in this small office.
