Customer Relationship Officer

This is basically a one-person setup or a very small group run by the son of Raghunathan here in Bangalore. The postal code is 560068. It’s not a big corporate office with hundreds of people; it’s more of a personal operation. Being a Customer Relationship Officer means spending a whole lot of time on the phone or responding to messages throughout the day. Bangalore is a fast city, but we try to keep things at a human pace here. The space is simple, just enough room for a computer and some files. It’s located in a part of town that has grown a lot over the last few years. You can see the changes every time you walk down the street to get some lunch. Some days are spent entirely dealing with problems or just listening to what people need. It’s the kind of work that doesn't really have a closing time because people always have questions. We don't have any fancy reception area or a big sign out front. It’s just about getting the job done and making sure people feel heard. Growing up and working in Karnataka, you learn how to deal with all kinds of different people. Every day brings a different set of tasks, and while it can be tiring to handle everything alone or in a small team, it feels good at the end of the day. We just stay focused on the people we are helping and keep moving forward.
