Customer Relationship Management

Our office is located at 141Ac on Banashankari Shiv Mandir Road. It’s right in the middle of the main market area, so it’s always lively. Being near Big Bazaar means there is never a dull moment outside our windows. You can hear the vendors calling out and the horns of the rickshaws all day long. It can be a bit distracting if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here long enough that it’s just background noise now. The building is a bit older, and the entrance is tucked away near some other shops. We have a small sign, but people still get lost occasionally. Inside, we have a basic setup with some workstations and a lot of wires. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking amongst ourselves about the tasks at hand. There’s a Shiv Mandir nearby, which is a nice landmark for people trying to find us. Lunchtimes are great because there are so many food stalls right outside the door. We usually take turns going out so someone is always here. It is a busy, cramped, and noisy environment, but it suits the kind of work we do here at Customer Relationship Management. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily pile of work that needs to be finished.
