Working out of Vasantham in the Thottada area is mostly about being on the phone or checking through a lot of emails every day. This place is tucked away in Ammu Paramb, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the noisier, busier parts of Kannur. We started doing this because there seemed to be a real need for someone to handle all the back-and-forth communication between different people. My office space is basically just a simple desk, a couple of plastic chairs, and a computer that has certainly seen better days. You can hear the birds chirping outside most of the morning, which is a nice thing to have when things get a bit stressful with the workload. We deal with all sorts of questions and various problems from people every single day. Some folks are frustrated, while others are just a bit confused about things, and we just sit here and try to figure it out for them as best as we can.
