Customer Needz Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at No.53/B on 8th Cross in Shanthi Layout. It’s a quiet enough part of Ramamurthy Nagar here in Bangalore. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts and the roads get messy. Customer Needz Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small team of us working out of this office. We spend our days answering phones and trying to help people get what they are looking for. It isn't a huge fancy corporate building with a lobby or anything like that. Just a regular place where we keep our desks and a few computers. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that's the highlight of the morning. We've been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. We just try to get the work done and go home. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort through and emails that never seem to end. When people walk in, they usually find us busy with something or another. We don't really do big speeches or meetings. We just sit down and see what needs to be finished before the day is over. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out or chat for a bit. It’s a simple way to run things but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. It's a bit of a grind but we've got a good group here.
