You will find us on the 1st Floor of building 497 in Chickkamaranahalli, Bangalore. It is a busy area and the street can get pretty packed with bikes and cars during the rush hour. We have been operating Customer Needz from this floor for a bit now. The space is filled with desks and a lot of cables running along the walls. We do a lot of support work and general business services. It is the kind of office where everyone knows each other’s business because the walls are not exactly soundproof. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. The tea seller downstairs knows our order by heart and comes up twice a day without us even asking. It is a lot of typing and talking on headsets throughout the day. The windows look out over the street, which is good for people-watching when you need a two-minute break. We keep the place fairly tidy, but there is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you are coming from the other side of the city, but we like the neighborhood. It has got a lot of energy. We are just a group of people working hard in a small Bangalore office to get things done.
