We’ve been here at 226/A on the 1 B' Main Road for quite a while now. Shivanagar is a busy part of Rajajinagar and our office sits right on the 6th Cross. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular building where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that’s just how it is in Bangalore. We’ve got a small team here at Customer Needz India (P)Ltd. Most of us have been working together for years. We handle all sorts of requests that come through the door or over the phone. It’s mostly about making sure things get sorted for people who reach out to us. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the parking can be a real pain if you arrive after ten in the morning. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We don’t have big meetings with fancy slides. Usually, we just talk across the desks to figure out what needs doing next. People know us in this corner of the neighborhood. The sign outside is a little faded from the sun, but everyone still finds us alright. It gets dusty in the summer, so we’re always wiping down the tables. We stay busy enough that the day goes by fast. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do a decent job without making a big fuss about things.
