Customer First Services (P) Ltd. is located over in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. Specifically, we are at 217, 9th Main in the 1st Block of HRBR Layout. Amit Jaiswal is the one managing things at this branch. HRBR Layout is a nice area with lots of trees and houses, so it’s a pleasant place to come to every morning. Our office is pretty basic. We have a few rooms filled with desks and phones. As the name suggests, we spend our time talking to customers and trying to fix whatever issues they are having. It can be tiring work because people usually call when they are frustrated or something has gone wrong. We try to keep a calm head and just talk through the problems. There’s no corporate script that we follow strictly; we just talk to people like normal humans. The office doesn't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. We have a small area where we take our breaks and complain about the traffic on the Outer Ring Road. Bangalore is famous for that, after all. We've been in this 1st Block spot for a while, so we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a steady job and we just try to do right by the people who call us. Sometimes we have a small celebration if it’s someone’s birthday, with cake from the bakery down the street. It’s a simple, hardworking environment for us.
