Customer Care And Telecaller

We are located at No 96/1 Binny Mill Road in the Cotton Pet area of Bangalore. This is where we handle all the customer care and telecalling stuff. If you know Cotton Pet, you know it’s one of the busiest and oldest parts of the city. There is always a lot of noise outside from the markets and the traffic. Inside, it’s also pretty loud because of all the people on the phones. We have rows of desks and everyone has a headset on. It’s not a fancy job. We just answer calls and make calls all day long. The building is right there on Binny Mill Road, which stays crowded from morning until night. We don't have a lot of extra space. It's mostly just about getting through the list of numbers we have to call. The tea break is usually the best part of the day when we can step out for a few minutes and breathe some air. We don't have any big corporate speeches here. We just show up for our shifts and try to talk to as many people as possible without getting too tired. The headsets can get uncomfortable after a few hours. We deal with all kinds of people on the phone, some nice and some not so much. It's just a regular workplace where we try to hit our targets. Nothing more, nothing less.
