Cubicway Soft Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is tucked away in Vivekananda Layout, over in Munnekolala. We are at No.3. This area is right near Marathahalli and the Outer Ring Road, so you can imagine the noise and the dust that comes with that part of Bangalore. Getting into the layout is a bit of a relief because it gets a little quieter once you turn off the main road. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building in a residential-looking street. Inside, it’s mostly just people on their laptops. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing. Since we are near the Ring Road, some of us have long commutes, so the morning starts with everyone venting about the traffic near the bridge. We don't have a big HR team or fancy lunchrooms. Most of us just bring food from home or grab something quick from the small shops around the corner. Munnekolala has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. It’s just a local business doing tech stuff in a busy part of the city. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just focus on the projects we have to finish.
