Csr{Customer Support Representative}

We are located at number 67 on the 7th Cross in Vinayakanagar. If you know the area, you know it's right off Mysore Road in Bangalore, which means it’s always a bit hectic with the traffic and people moving around. Our office is basically a bunch of people working as Customer Support Representatives. We spend our shifts talking to people, trying to help them out with whatever issues they are having. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular spot on a busy cross street. Bangalore is a fast city, and Vinayakanagar definitely reflects that energy. We have 560026 as our pincode if you're sending us something. It gets pretty noisy outside during rush hour, but inside we just keep our heads down and handle the calls. There’s a small tea shop just a few doors down where most of us go when we need a five-minute breather from the screens. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors breathing down our necks; we’re just a team doing CSR work. Being on the 7th Cross means we are tucked away just enough from the main Mysore Road noise, but you can still feel the rumble of the buses. It's a practical place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the months. We just take one call at a time and get through the day.
