We are based at 273, KHB Colony, over in Bangalore 76. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, and our place fits right in with the rest of the buildings. CSR isn't some massive operation with a hundred floors. We’re just a small group of people working out of this address. Most days are pretty much the same. We come in, get the computers started, and see what the day brings. There’s usually a bit of noise from the street, people going about their business and cars passing by. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. It might be paperwork, it might be answering emails, or just organizing things that need attention. We have a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine. We don't really mind the small stuff. The important thing is getting the work done. We know the people around here, the shop owners and the folks who live next door. It feels more like a community than a business park. Sometimes we run out of milk for the tea, or the internet goes down for twenty minutes, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone. We’re just here to do a job and go home. It’s a practical way to live and work.
