Csr

Csr is based out of 4th Block, No. 95B, specifically on the 3rd Floor of the Cpwd Quarters in Domlur. This is in the 560 071 area of Bangalore. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s actually quite modest, being part of the quarters. I have to climb the stairs every morning to get to the office, which is a good bit of exercise, I guess. The room is usually filled with the sound of fans and people typing. Domlur is a busy place, but since we are tucked away in the 4th Block, it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We mostly focus on our individual tasks. There’s no big hierarchy here that makes things feel stiff. We just talk to each other like regular people. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for the tea, and we just deal with it. We’ve been in this space for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We don't use any of that corporate talk about being the leaders in our field. We are just a group of people working out of an office in Bangalore. We do our work, look out the window at the trees in the courtyard, and wait for the weekend like everyone else. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood. Nothing more.
