Csm Software India Pvt Ltd is located at 118 Kaval Byrasandra, along the Banaswadi Outer Ring Road near Gayathri Lake Front. It sounds like a fancy address, but we’re really just in a regular building overlooking the area. You can see the traffic on the Outer Ring Road from the windows, which is always a bit of a mess in the evenings. We’ve got a bunch of computers set up and wires running everywhere, which I guess is normal for a place like this. It’s not a big corporate office with a glass front and security guards. We just have a door and a small sign. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't really have a lot of formal rules. We just sit down and get to the coding or whatever needs fixing that day. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important thing we own. It breaks down sometimes, which makes everyone a bit grumpy. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big parties. We just focus on the software and making sure the bugs are gone. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but usually, we’re out of here at a normal time. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the sound of typing. We like being near the lake front, even if we don't actually go there that often.
