C.S Officer In Call Center

We are based out in Banaswadi, specifically in the O.M.B.R Layout. The address is 331 on 3rd D Main. It's a call center setup, so you can imagine what the inside looks like. There are rows of desks and a lot of people talking at the same time. It gets pretty noisy during the day, but we have our routines. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to some other parts of Bangalore. The layout is actually pretty nice, with some decent houses around. We spend our shifts answering calls and trying to solve whatever problems come our way. It’s repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. We take our breaks in the small breakroom or sometimes go out to the main road for a snack. It’s not a glamorous job, but it's steady. The building is a standard multi-story place that fits right into the neighborhood. We have been here at 560043 for a while. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and sometimes it's too hot, but that's just office life. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just helping people out over the phone as best as we can. It’s a lot of patience and listening. That's basically the whole story of our office in Banaswadi. The 3rd D Main road is usually quiet enough, but the layout itself is getting more crowded. We have a few computers that are a bit slow, but we've learned how to work around them. Most of us have our own favorite mugs for coffee. It’s the little things that make the day go by.
