We handle events and promotions, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone and running around. Our office is a bit of a mess sometimes, with boxes of flyers or samples from old events sitting in the corners. We don't really have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so we just tidy up ourselves when things get too cluttered. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have a polished "About Us" page because we’re too busy actually doing the work. There’s no corporate ladder here; we just all chip in where needed. Some days are really long, especially when an event is coming up, and we end up eating dinner at our desks. J Cross is a busy area, and there's always something going on outside. We like the energy of the city, even if it gets exhausting. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just set up events and try to make sure everything goes as planned. It’s a bit chaotic, but it’s our life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep pushing forward and getting things done.
