Cruise Holidays India is located in Sai Nagar. Our office is in Building No A 2, and we actually use Shop No 8 & 9. It’s situated on the Pune Saswad Road, which is almost always busy with traffic. There is also a mention of Koramangala in our address, which can be a bit confusing for some, but we are right here at the shop. The space is basically two small shops that we have opened up to make one office. It gives us a bit more room to breathe. We don't have any expensive furniture or high-tech gadgets. It’s just some basic computers and desks where we handle the day-to-day travel bookings. Most of our work involves a lot of waiting on hold and sending out emails. The noise from the Pune Saswad Road can be quite something during peak hours. You get used to the sound of horns and engines after a while. We have a small area where people can sit if they need to wait for a bit. It’s a very informal setup. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just dress comfortably and get on with the work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork when the phones finally stop ringing. It’s a steady kind of life. We’ve been in Sai Nagar for a good bit now and know the local rhythm of the place quite well.
