We are situated in HRBR Layout, over in Kalyan Nagar. Crown Castle Tech Private Limited takes up the 1st and 2nd floors of No. 432 on the 4th Cross in the 2nd Block. It’s a good neighborhood with lots of trees and little cafes. Having two floors gives us a bit more room to spread out. We usually have the main work happening on one floor and the other is for meetings and storing all the extra gear we seem to accumulate over time. K. Halli is the local area, and it’s pretty easy to find if you know the layout. The building is just a normal commercial-residential mix. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk up the stairs and you’re there. The team is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces. We spend a lot of time on the 4th cross, either working or grabbing a quick bite during lunch at one of the stalls. It’s a busy office but not a stressful one. We try to keep things light and avoid the corporate stuff. The traffic around Kalyan Nagar can be a headache in the evenings, so we often stagger our times a bit. It’s a functional space where we get things done. We like the local vibe of HRBR; it feels more like a community than a sterile business district.
