Crock X Tech Private Limited is based out of Kalyaninagar in Bikasipura. The address is No. 7, 5th Cross, 1st Main. It’s a bit of a mouthful to tell people over the phone when they ask. The area is fairly quiet compared to some of the other tech hubs in Bangalore. Our office is a simple place. We’ve got the 1st Main street right there, and it’s a pretty standard neighborhood vibe. We started this tech company because we wanted to do our own thing without all the layers of a big firm. Most days it’s just us typing away and talking about whatever project is due next. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We’ve got a couple of fans going and some old chairs that have seen better days. It’s a comfortable enough spot to spend eight or nine hours. Bikasipura has some decent spots for tea in the afternoon, which we usually take advantage of around four. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just solid tech work for the people who need it. The team is quite close since we’re in a smaller space. You get to know everyone's habits and lunch preferences pretty quickly. It’s a decent life here on the 5th cross. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the work we’ve got, one day at a time.
