Crm Frontline Recruitment

We’re tucked away at No 39, on the ground floor of 8th Cross in Dinnur, R T Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads of Bangalore. We focus on recruitment, mainly looking for people who can work in customer service and related roles. Since we’re on the ground floor, people can just walk in and have a chat with us about what they’re looking for. We don’t have any big receptionists or gates to go through. It’s just a simple office with a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We’ve been in R T Nagar for a while now and we know the local area pretty well. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts and the roads flood a bit. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and calling people to see if they’re interested in new roles. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find it satisfying when someone actually gets the job. We don’t use any complicated software to talk to people; we just pick up the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with files everywhere, but we try to tidy up at the end of the week. It’s just a small group of us trying to help people get employed and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We really hope to stay here for a long time.
