Cris Innovative

Cris Innovative is based over in Sakinaka, specifically in the Raghavendra Block of Banashankari 1st Stage. It’s a pretty busy part of the city with lots of small shops and houses mixed together. We have been at number 32 for a good while. Our office is simple and functional. We don't have any of that modern office decor you see in magazines. Just some sturdy desks and chairs. We do a variety of innovative projects, but we don't like to brag about them. We just get the work done and move on to the next thing. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often chat with the other business owners nearby. It’s nice to have that local connection. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s just how things are sometimes. We don't have a big HR department or any complicated rules. We just treat each other fairly and work hard. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through others. We think that’s the best way to grow. We drink quite a bit of coffee to keep ourselves going throughout the day. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here, but we are serious about the tasks we take on. Raghavendra Block is a good home for us and we plan to stay.
