We are located on the 6th floor of Surya Chambers on Airport Main Road. Murugeshpalaya is a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always noise from the traffic and the planes. Our office is at 124, and it’s mostly just a lot of people on laptops. We work on various systems and bits of code. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see people staring at screens for hours and then getting excited over a small fix. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just do our daily tasks. The canteen downstairs is where most of our decisions happen over coffee. Bangalore is full of places like ours, but we have our own way of doing things. It’s a lot of meetings and trying to figure out how to make software work better. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait for the backup to kick in. It’s not always smooth. We have some plants in the corner that we forget to water sometimes. The view from the 6th floor is alright, mostly other rooftops and the road below. We keep to ourselves and focus on the technical side of things. It’s a steady rhythm of work and deadlines. No big speeches, just people doing their jobs in a cubicle. We wear casual clothes and don't care much for formalities. As long as the work gets done and the systems stay up, we are happy enough.
