You can find us in the basement floor of Shalimar Arcade, which is part of the Chitrakut Co-operative Housing Society. The address is 189/44 Wilson Garden, right on the 90 Feet Road. Being in a basement means we don't get much sunlight, so we rely on a lot of tube lights to keep the place bright. We are right opposite the Hombe Gowda Playground, so in the evenings, we can hear the kids playing cricket or shouting while they run around. It’s a nice sound to have while we are stuck inside fixing computers or looking at server cables. The office is pretty cramped with old monitors and boxes of keyboards stacked in the corners. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea because we stay late quite often. Wilson Garden is a busy area and the 90 Feet Road always has bikes zooming past. Sometimes the basement gets a bit damp when it rains heavily, but we’ve learned to keep the important stuff off the floor. We aren't a big IT firm with fancy glass walls; it’s just a few rooms filled with tech gear and a couple of us who know how to put it all together. We spend most of our time troubleshooting things and waiting for files to download. It’s a quiet life down here, but we like the neighborhood and the people around the housing society. We just do our work and keep the fans running.
