We set up shop here in BTM Layout a while ago. It’s a busy spot on 19th Main, right in the heart of the 2nd Stage. Mostly we deal with computer parts and fixing things when they break. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but we’ve grown used to the noise. People from the 1st Phase drop by when their laptops start acting up or if they realized they need a specific cable that they can't find anywhere else. It is just two of us here most days, sitting behind the counter. We keep a lot of boxes stacked up in the back because you never know when someone will come in needing an old motherboard or a specific power supply that isn't made anymore. Bangalore is a massive tech city, but we just try to help the local folks in this specific neighborhood. Our place isn't a big fancy corporate office with glass walls. It is just a small, practical space with a couple of workbenches and some basic tools. Sometimes it looks like a complete mess with wires trailing everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big neon sign or anything flashy. Just the name Creative Infotech on the door. If you’re walking around the area, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times. We drink a lot of chai from the small stall nearby while we work on fixing cracked screens or cleaning out dust. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until we close.
