We are over at D-1 in the KPTCL Officers Colony. It’s a nice, leafy part of Indiranagar, specifically HAL 2nd Stage. Being on 7th Main and 5th Cross means we are away from the loudest parts of the main road, which helps when we’re trying to focus on our software work for Cranes Software International Pvt Ltd. The colony has a specific vibe to it since it’s mostly officers and their families around. Our office is fairly straightforward. We don’t have any of those modern bean bags or ping-pong tables you hear about. We just have sturdy desks and good enough computers. The Bangalore-8 area is quite convenient for getting around, though the one-ways can be a headache for anyone visiting for the first time. We spend most of our hours troubleshooting and developing stuff for our clients. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, with more cafes popping up nearby, but we mostly stay in our little corner of the colony. We keep a low profile. Most of our neighbors probably just think we’re a bunch of quiet people staring at monitors all day. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed inside, even when there’s a deadline looming over us. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people doing their best to keep things running smoothly. It's a nice place to spend the day.
