Our office is tucked away in the Ex Servicemen Colony in R T Nagar. It’s a quiet enough corner of Bangalore, located at 62 on the 4th Cross. Cranes Software International Ltd has been running out of this spot for a good bit. Working in a residential colony changes the vibe compared to those huge tech parks you see on the other side of the city. We don’t have a cafeteria or a gym, just a small kitchen where someone is usually making coffee. The building is simple and practical. We spend our days dealing with software projects and making sure the code works like it should. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just life in Bangalore 34. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the work done and go home. Our neighbors are mostly families and retired folks, so we try to keep the noise down. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people sitting at desks with a lot of papers and screens around us. It's a bit of a walk from the main road, but it's nice to be away from the heavy traffic for a change. We do our thing, help our customers, and keep the operations moving forward day by day without any unnecessary fuss or drama. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best to keep things moving.
