It involves a lot of meetings and looking at project plans on our monitors. The office has a very practical feel to it. We have a lot of bookshelves and folders everywhere for our records. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years, so we’re used to the traffic on the way to the office every morning. We usually have a lot of tea and coffee throughout the day to keep us going. It’s a collaborative environment, though we all have our own individual tasks to finish. Sometimes we go for walks around the layout during lunch just to get some fresh air away from the desk. The building itself is nothing out of the ordinary, just a standard Bangalore commercial space. We’ve been part of the local business scene here for a while. We aren't fancy consultants who wear suits every day; we just do our work and talk to people normally. It’s a decent place to spend the workday and we like being in Domlur.
