Cox & Kings

The office here in BTM Layout is pretty easy to find if you know the area. It’s Cox & Kings, but it’s just a local branch where a few of us work every day. Most mornings start with checking the emails and seeing who needs help with their travel plans. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. People come in asking about trains or flights, and we just sit down and try to figure it out on the screen. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and some maps on the wall that have been there forever. We’ve had the same chairs for years. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, but that’s just how it is. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just know the routes and how to get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s nice when someone comes back and tells us they had a good trip. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or saw us while getting groceries. We keep things pretty straightforward. There's no big corporate vibe here, just us trying to help folks get where they need to go. BTM Layout is a good spot for it and we have some decent tea shops nearby too.
