Cox & Kings Limited

Our office is over in the Jana Jeeva building, specifically in Flat D4. It is in a part of Bangalore with the 560017 zip code. It is not one of those massive corporate offices you see on the news; it is actually inside a residential-style complex. We handle travel bookings and tour arrangements for Cox & Kings from here. It is a bit cramped with all the brochures and travel documents we have lying around, but it feels more personal than a big call center. You can hear the sounds of the city outside, but inside we are mostly focused on flight schedules and hotel vouchers. We have got a couple of old desks and some chairs that have definitely seen better years. Usually, there is a pile of passports waiting for visas and a stack of itineraries that need checking. The light in Flat D4 is actually pretty good in the mornings, which helps when you are staring at fine print all day. We mostly talk to people over the phone or via email, but occasionally a client will drop by to pick up their tickets in person. It is a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but we do not mind. We are just a small part of a bigger company, doing the daily work of getting people where they need to go. It is nothing fancy, just a practical workspace.
