Our office is located at 942 2Nd A Cross in the 1St Block of Basveshwarnagar, right here in Bangalore. It's in the 3Rd Stage of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while, handling the travel stuff for Cox & Kings. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always people walking by. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of brochures about different places. We spend the day talking to people about their trips and trying to get the bookings right. Sometimes the internet goes down, which makes things difficult, but we just wait it out. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for the team we have here. We know the Basveshwarnagar area well, especially the local tea shops nearby where we go for breaks. Most of our work is just dealing with tickets and itineraries. It’s a lot of typing and checking dates over and over. We don't use any fancy systems, just the standard ones everyone else uses. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to ask a quick question about a flight or a train. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of Bangalore. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office with papers scattered around.
