It’s a pretty simple setup in here, just a few desks and a lot of brochures for different trips and destinations. We aren’t a massive corporate headquarters with hundreds of people, just a local branch where we can sit down and talk through travel plans. We spend most of our time looking at schedules, checking prices, and making sure all the paperwork is in order for people’s visas. It gets busy during the summer months when everyone wants to get away from the heat, so the office can feel a bit cramped with all the folders and maps lying around. We don’t use any complicated scripts when we talk to people, we just tell them what’s available and what we think might work for their budget. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for people to find parking, but once they get inside, it’s a calm enough place to sit and plan.
