Coustomer Care Executive

Coustomer Care Executive is our little setup located at 1013, 2nd Main Road in MC Layout. This is right in the Vijaynagar area of Bangalore, which is a place we really enjoy being in. The pincode is 560042 if you’re looking at a map. We are not a huge corporation with hundreds of floors; we are just a focused group working out of this space on the 2nd Main. Our day usually starts with checking messages and answering the phones. It can get pretty repetitive, but we try to keep a good mood in the office. We have a few desks and computers, and that’s about it. Vijaynagar is a great neighborhood because it has a lot of life to it, and there are always people moving around the MC Layout. We’ve been here for a bit and we know the local shops and where to get the best coffee during our breaks. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power flickers, but that’s just part of working here. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the walls. We just want to do our jobs well and help out whoever reaches out to us. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our staff lives within a few kilometers, so we really feel like a local Vijaynagar business. We like the independence of being in this spot and helping people out as best as we can every single day.
