You can find us at 63, 20th Main, over in BTM 1st Stage in Bangalore. We’ve been here for a good long time. This place is where we handle the club and resort business. It’s mostly about managing memberships and making sure the properties are ready for people to use when they want to relax. Bangalore is a busy city, and BTM is even busier, so our office stays pretty active most of the time. We aren't about fancy talk or polished presentations. We’re just a group of people working out of a regular building, trying to keep things organized. It involves a lot of phone calls, checking bookings, and dealing with member questions that come up. Sometimes the systems are slow or the phones won’t stop ringing, but we just push through it. We’ve seen the club grow over the years, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood too. Our day usually starts early and ends whenever the work is finally done. It’s honest work. We don't claim to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place for people to spend their free time. The office at 20th Main is where the heart of the operation is. We deal with the nitty-gritty stuff so the clubs can keep running for everyone. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and making sure everyone is on the same page before the weekend starts.
