Country Club India Ltd

Out here at 65 Suncity in Kengeri, things are a bit different than the middle of Bangalore city. We are situated right on the Mysore Road, which is always packed with traffic, but once you get inside the gate, it opens up a bit. We have the usual club stuff like the swimming pool, a gym, and some rooms for people to stay in. It’s a big property, so there is always something that needs fixing or a lawn that needs mowing. We get a lot of families coming by on the weekends when they want to get out of their houses. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been around for a long time. It’s not a perfect, shiny resort. Sometimes the paint is peeling or the water in the pool is a little chilly. We just try to keep the place running so people have somewhere to go. The kitchen gets really busy on Sunday afternoons, and you can hear the noise from the dining area all the way to the front desk. We’ve been a part of the Kengeri landscape for many years now. Most people find us because of the big sign on Mysore Road. It’s a decent spot to just sit for a while. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a local hangout that happens to be part of a bigger name. We just keep things moving along.
