Our office is located in the Anirudha Indraprastha Apartments over in Defence Colony. We’re on the second floor, Flat 23. Indiranagar is a very busy area, but this particular part of the 6th Main extension is a little bit more relaxed compared to the main shopping streets. We handle things related to real estate and the leisure industry. Most of the time, the office is just filled with paperwork and people on the phone. It’s a small space for such a big name, but it works for us. We’ve been in this building for some time, and the neighbors know us well. It’s an old-school way of working. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. You walk up the stairs, find the flat, and that’s where we are. We spend our days talking to people about land and club memberships and all that. It’s steady work. Bangalore’s real estate market is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment. We see people from all walks of life coming in to ask questions. We just sit across the desk and talk to them like regular people. There’s no big sales pitch, just honest talk about what’s available. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage just fine in our corner of Indiranagar.
