Our place is out in Hoskote, right near the Ganesh Temple on Market Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a bit different from the main city of Bangalore. It feels a little more open here, though Market Road itself can get pretty jammed up on festival days or when the local market is in full swing. We are based at D/O B.Bullappa, and it’s a familiar spot for the people living around here. You can hear the temple bells in the morning, which is a nice way to start the workday. We don't have a big corporate setup with glass walls and fancy carpets. It’s more of a functional space where we sit down, talk to people, and get our work done. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, and we spend a fair bit of time just keeping the place tidy. Most of the staff comes from nearby, so we all know the local shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick snack. It gets quiet in the evenings after the shops on Market Road start closing up. We like the pace here. It is steady and predictable. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a spot for people to come in and talk to us. It is a simple operation, run by people who live and work in the same neighborhood.
