You can find us over on Hosur Main Road, right in the K R Layout part of Bommanahalli. Our shop at No. 589 is usually full of computers in various states of being taken apart. We deal with all kinds of IT issues, from broken screens to systems that just won't boot up for some reason. It’s a busy spot because of the main road, so there’s always people dropping in with questions or things that need fixing. We aren't a big flashy retail store. It's more of a workshop feel where there are tools and spare parts scattered around the benches. We spend our hours diagnosticating problems and trying to find the right components to get things running again. Sometimes we’re selling a new setup, and other times we’re just cleaning the dust out of an old laptop. The traffic in Bommanahalli is usually a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time just looking out the window while we work on a motherboard. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people; we just tell them what’s wrong with their computer and how much it’ll cost to fix. It's practical work. We’ve been in this 13th division area for a bit, and people know they can just walk in. We just keep our heads down and work on the machines at Counterpoint Computers Private Limited until the job is done.
