Costa Crociere Italy

It is a bit funny to be working for an Italian company while sitting right here in the middle of Koramangala, Bangalore. Our office is on the third floor of a building on 6th Main B Cross, in the 1st Block area. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy Koramangala gets with all the cafes and shops nearby. We are at Flat No-302, which is tucked away at the end of the hall. It’s not a huge space, but we manage to fit a lot of desks in there. Most of our day is spent on the phone or emailing people about ships that are halfway across the world. It’s strange to talk about cruises while looking out at the Bangalore traffic. The office has a few posters of the sea on the walls to make it feel more relevant. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical details that can be quite dry. The 560034 area is great for lunch, so we usually head out to one of the local spots to get away from our screens for a bit. We don't have any fancy uniforms or anything. We just wear our regular clothes and try to stay on top of the work. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes the roof leak a little, so we have to move a few chairs around. It’s just a normal office job where we try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the city outside.
