We are tucked away in Dollar’s Colony, which is a nice and quiet part of Bangalore. Our office is specifically at No-444 on the 5th Main and 8th Cross in R.M.V. 2nd Stage. Since we are Cosmoshakthi Software Solution Pvt Ltd, there is naturally a lot of screen time happening here. Most of us are staring at our computer monitors for the better part of the day. It is a decent enough street but anyone who lives in Bangalore knows that the traffic is always a bit of a headache to deal with. We do coding and spend a lot of time fixing things that go wrong with computers. It is not as exciting as people make it look in the movies. It is really just a lot of typing and trying to troubleshoot problems. We have our coffee and sit together to figure out why a piece of software is acting up. Even though it is a private limited setup, it feels more like a small family team. Everyone knows each other and we do not bother with big speeches or fancy corporate parties. We just focus on the software projects that are currently on our plates. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet starts acting up, and we just have to deal with it. That is just part of the job here. The area has lots of trees which makes the walk to the office much nicer. We have been here for a while and just focus on the code.
